applying the concept of quality from the designing of the tool.
Dimensional tolerances, mechanical, electric, and other physical tests
are performed.
Quality Control of the product is applied throughout every step of the process. It begins with the incoming materials and continues to first-part inspection after machine set-up. This
is followed by an in-process inspection at regular intervals. Final inspections, plus a complete statistical record to assure that the run, and all re-runs will conform to all specs and/or special requirements.
